I was sitting by a marsh on Long Island in Bayville, NY when my daughter was six. We watched the life of the marsh from where we were sitting. It was a clear day with the sun rays warming things up.
About Helen Holden-Gladsky
Dear Fellow Artists, Friends and World....I had always wanted to work in the book publishing industry. In 1989, my wish became reality by following my heart to work for a company that published scientific magazines, journals, and books, American Institute of Physics, AIP, on Long Island, New York. I learned the business from the ground up. Years later with digital art becoming the main-stay, and laptop computers being the workstations, I took a children's book publishing class to become a self-publisher. In 2010, I started "Holdens Whimsicals" for greeting cards, initially, and then I expanded into book publishing. In 2013, I self-published "Elephoot."
